JUDI WALSINGHAM, Bsc [Hons.] MCIPD
Judi
is a professional trainer with over 20 years experience in management and
training across a broad range of industries including the retail, local government,
pharmaceutical, optical, health service and research organisations. She has had
experience in sales as a field representative and as a national sales manager.
Her last position as European Training Manager for a multi-national clinical
research organisation gave her responsibility of strategically planning, setting up
from scratch and running a training department with trainers operating across
Europe; in this role, she was heavily involved in both design & delivery to staff
throughout Europe. Judi has successfully delivered learning and development solutions to a wide variety and growing number of companies in both the private & public sector using her experience in training design, delivery and evaluation.
Judi is a full member of the CIPD & is a qualified NLP practitioner.
Judi’s personal approach to training is to break down the barriers; she has the ability to empathise quickly with all levels of employees. She sets high standards of herself and always ensures the objectives are clear and measurable in whatever she sets out to do. This flexible enthusiastic approach linked with the experience she has gained enables her to ensure that training is both enjoyable and rewarding for participants. Training events are always designed to meet all types of learning styles and with a strong emphasis on delegate interaction with discussion groups, role-plays or case studies. Judi is a skilled facilitator who ensures that learning takes place in a positive environment.
Alison
SOMEK MHM,MIHM,COT,SROT
alison has had extensive experience at senior management level in the NHS,and
is responsible for developing our growing business base within the NHS through
our close partnership with her consultancy Somek & Associates. Her last role in
the NHS was that of General Manager Medical, Rehabilitation and Therapy services
and before leaving her role was further expanded to include three further
departments, as well as medical consultants. Alison is devoted to the development
of staff at all levels within the NHS and we work closely together on the design and delivery of the growing number of courses we are delivering to NHS Trusts and the medical sector throughout the UK. to ensure content is specifically targeted to their needs.
