A TWO DAY COURSE FOR MANAGERS OR STAFF WHO HAVE TO TRAIN OTHERS
Do you have to train other people in your organisation? How do you know that your trainees have learnt properly?
This practical and interactive two day course is aimed at anyone who is new to formal training, could do with a refresher, or who has to give training sessions on their topic of expertise but have had little or no formal training.
Main aim: To enable participants to refresh and develop the skills required to deliver effective measurable learning to groups
